Can I exchange an item?

You sure can! Initiate an exchange request by contacting our customer service team. Please contact support@mtv8ed.com.

Exchange instructions will be provided.

What is your return or exchange policy? How many days do I have to return or exchange a product?

MTV8 will accept merchandise in its original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Customers MUST initiate a return or exchange request by contacting our customer service and be approved in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Shipping products back without an approved return request does NOT qualify you for a refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

How do I return an item?

Only return an item AFTER your return request has been approved. You can only submit a return request by contacting our customer service team. Please contact support@mtv8ed.com.

After your request is approved, we will send you the CORRECT return address and instructions. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Within 5-7 business days of your return shipment being delivered to our warehouse. Refunds will be made in the form of credit to your bank, credit card or PayPal if applicable. Please note that initiated refunds to a bank, credit card or PayPal are subject to estimated processing timelines provided by the institution.

Refunds

We can offer a full refund if you request a cancellation prior to the order being shipped. In certain situations, a partial refund will be processed, such as items not being in original condition, damaged goods, returns without an approved return request, or other similar cases.

If the item is returned damaged or does not meet the above criteria, we will not process a refund. Refunds are subject to eligibility for return.
